We want you to love your Good Chemistry products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request

Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our lab inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
